The Church of the Holy Trinity celebrates the diversity of God's children. Affirmation of the LGBT children of God is a part of our parish life. In reality, LGBT people are fully integrated in every aspect of parish life at CHT, so the best way to experience this is simply to visit us for any event, worship service, concert, or parish activity. We also have a very informal potluck for LGBT members and friends, which meets at the home of a different parishioner about once a month.

CHT often has a presence at major LGBT community events, such as OutFest and Philly Pride. Please see the CH@T Newsletter or News & Events for details on these events.

In addition, Father Smiraglia, our Missioner Among the Gay and Lesbian Community, works through the Out and Faithful Committee of the William Way GLBT Community Center. There, he facilitates a monthly spiritual direction group called "Coming Out Spiritually". There is also occasional interfaith LGBT programming available through this committee, such as an annual Marriage Equality prayer breakfast in February and pet blessings at PhillyPride.

CHT is very proud to be the long-term home of Integrity/Philadelphia. Integrity is the Episcopal Church's national witness group for the concerns of LGBT Episcopalians. For more information, see www.integrityusa.org or contact Integrity/Philadelphia through its convener (and esteemed CHT parishioner) Peter Ryker at peterr4@msn.com.
