Community Life Survey

From time to time, The Church of the Holy Trinity conducts surveys of the congregation to update our information and to discern the gifts and interests of our members for various areas of ministry. If you have not already done so, please take a few moments to fill out the Community Life Survey (formerly known as the GIVIS). As you do, think about whether there is a new area of ministry that God may be calling you to explore, or whether there is an area where your particular gifts might be useful.

You may find it helpful to download a copy of the booklet “Lay Ministry Opportunities” to refer to while completing the survey. This booklet offers a brief description of each of the lay ministries at The Church of the Holy Trinity, listed in the same order that they appear on the survey.

If you have trouble completing the survey online, you can download a copy to print out here. Paper copies of both the Community Life Survey and the Lay Ministry Opportunities booklet are also available from the parish office and in the back of the sanctuary.
